- All levels are permitted to select this class time.

After School Program - This program is open to children in grades 1 to 5; however, occasionally exceptions are made at Sensei discretion. The after school program provides an educational after school experience. Students learn to cultivate self image through the study of traditional Okinawan karate.

Advanced Peer to Peer – These training sessions are reserved for those who have achieved their black belt with Sensei Smith, or who have achieved equivalent training. Those who have achieved equivalent training with other Sensei and desire a continuing educational experience with peers are welcome to request an interview appointment.

Youth – This class is for children ages 9 to 12. The class focuses on the challenges of physical and mental adaptation to the changes these children are experiencing. Karate provides a foundation for training discipline, proper social behavior, strength building, flexibility, and mental endurance.

Teen – This class is for teenagers ages 13 to 17. The class focuses on the challenges of physical and mental adaptation to the changes these individuals are experiencing. Karate provides a foundation for training discipline, proper social behavior, confidence, strength building, flexibility, and mental endurance.

Over 40 - Karate practitioners often fail to make adjustments to their training methods as they age. As the student matures in years, training takes on a new dimension. The quality of practice should improve and include features that will enable one to master the unique possibilities that come with maturity of body and mind. The goal of this class is to focus on utilizing the advantages of physical and mental maturity, improving the student’s physical conditioning and mental strength.

Women - This class is for women only. The class focuses on the unique challenges experienced and attributes possessed by women in their study of karate. Students are given the choice to continue training solely within the women only class or move to another class as desired, and space permits.

Girl Scout Self-Defense Training Sessions – This class is for young women currently enrolled in Girl Scouts as a Cadet or Senior. The class focuses on self-defense training, awareness, and personal safety. The attendees are committed to 3 - 2 hour sessions for a specific month. Pre-registrations is required due to demand and limited class size.
